WHY IS THE PROJECT IMPORTANT
The program provides employers and employees a Wellness Coach who, confidentially, connects employees to critical resources in our area. The Wellness Coach proactively addresses employment barriers, personal development, and advocates for individuals served. Available as an employee benefit, employers investing in this program can offer their teams a Wellness Coach at free of cost to the employee and with a considerable return of investment to the employer.
Servicing multiple counties, and expanding in the year 2023.

Drive business growth, retention, and productivity through advocacy, resource navigation, and coaching to enhance the lives of employees by empowering them to achieve their unique potential.

Community partnerships are critical to the service delivery. The Firelands ERN leverages available area resources which in turn increase utilization throughout community programs. Knowledge of community programs, eligibility and criteria, for example are necessary to better assist individuals. Please consider including the Firelands ERN on your upcoming agency news and newsletter.
